This position is responsible for the staffing and management of Press and Packaging personnel on the night shift. The position is also responsible for coordinating with support services such as Maintenance, Systems and Support, Logistics, Purchasing and Engineering to ensure goals and objectives are met. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Hires, trains and directs the activities and work assignments of up to 60 production personnel.  Reviews and analyzes production schedules to insure proper staffing levels.  Prepares and discuss performance appraisals and recommends merit increases for subordinates.  Prepares and discuss disciplinary actions with subordinates  Reviews and analyzes Work-In-process and Final QC data to insure process defects are corrected.  Implements and enforces ISO work instructions while participating in internal and external ISO audits.  Recommends procurement of capital equipment in conjunction with Manufacturing and Engineering.  Reviews and critiques work instructions and labor standards with Manufacturing and Engineering prior to release to production.  Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures.  Implements and enforces compliance to GTECH policies, rules and procedures at all times.  Manages Production to stay on schedule and adjusts work flow as needed.  Positions are for the night shifts. Job Requirements Minimum of Bachelor Degree or demonstrated equivalent experience required. Minimum five years experience in Flexograpic printing environment and bindery packaging knowledge. Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing operation.
